Watch out, here comes my rather extensive holiday post . . . .
One of our favorite Christmas traditions is baking and decorating sugar cookies. The kids love to help.
To decorate them we just put different colors of frosting into ziplock bags and cut little holes in the corners. The kids are becoming quite talented at it.
Here's nat's favorite cookie. She gave it to her teacher.
I was really impressed missy's frosting abilities. Here she is with all of her cookies.
And here's Christmas morning!
I didn't get a good one of mandie opening presents, so here she is in the cute jammies that Eric and Mer gave her!
I made rice dolls for the 3 big girls. I used their coming-home-from-the hospital outfits and hospital hats. It was a trial and error process figuring out how to make them, so they all turned out a little different. I'm pretty proud of them though, they feel a lot like real babies, and as I expected Natalie really adores hers.
After we opened the presents we got ready and headed down to Flagstaff. We got there in record time and got to have Christmas dinner with my family. We stayed for four days and had a lot of fun. My kids had so much fun, we barely heard from them the whole time we were there. I also got visits from my old friends David and Marie, which was really cool.

Hey Christine!
My family LOVED those chocolates your mom sent home with me. Seriously, hand over the recipe. Please?
Also, Collin is very impressed my Missy's cookies. He claims that she is not hungry and he should eat them.
