"My Birthday"

My birthday was on May 17th. I'm already one year old!
I got strep throat for my birthday, so I wasn't too smiley, but I tried to have fun. This is what I did on my birthday.
First I played with the big girls in their room. They're so lucky that they have me to show them what you're supposed to do with drawers like this. I'm showing off my kissy face. This is what I do when my mom wants a kiss. I never do anything weird like putting my lips on somebody's cheek. Gross!
I like Jessie's chair, it's just right for me.
My mom let me try drinking out of a real cup for the first time!
Then I got to open presents. I loved my first present! It was loud and crinkly and I could rip it up! 
But mom took that away and I just ended up with some plastic thingy.
This is my most grown-up smile.
Mom kept putting me in weird places and trying to take pictures of me . . . . annoying!
I was busy helping Dad anyway.
I loved the balloons!
Mom waited a week to make my cake so I could really enjoy it.
Dad gave me lots of bites of the cake mom trimmed off before it was frosted. I loved it so much!
And the frosting was pretty good too.
All gone!

She's so stinking cute, those are some way cute pictures of her! I especially love the one of her in the blue chair...so adorable. And also, she looks like Emma did at that age, particularly in the cup-drinking one and a couple below that.

I love her outfit! The one in her grown up smile picture. So cute. I can't beleive she's one already. How strange. What a little cutey though. And you always make the cutest cakes.

Aaaahhh, she is just so cute! I'm so glad I saw her just yesterday! I also love her outfit ;). It is really cute that you wrote it from her point of view. she will love to read that when she is older! Her pictures are adorable.
