Mandie's Frozen Party

Amanda turned SEVEN on May 17!  I can't believe how old she is, she's going to be in second grade next year!  My baby!

I was happy that my school was over and I had time (and I had Natalie!) to put together a real party for her; she's probably the most party-deprived of all my kids.

We decided to do a Frozen party!  The kids found Manda an Elsa-looking outfit to wear and I did her hair in an Elsa braid

We went to the store planning to get some done-for-you Disney Frozen party stuff, but there was nothing there!  Apparently there's a shortage of Frozen merchandise!  We only would have bought a couple things anyway (like gift bags and plates) so it was all good.  We just did everything blue and white and it looked very Frozeny!

We made glittery snow play-doh that they played with and took home.

I had the Frozen soundtrack playing for the party and it was SO CUTE how all the girls would sing along without a second thought.  Here's a video of some singing and then Mandie being adorable:

I love all her friends, they are so fun!

Natalie made the Olaf cake!

And she also drew Elsa for our "pin the braid on Elsa" game!

We built snowmen out of marshmallows and pretzels.

Musical chairs

Ready for cake! (and blue kool-aid!)

Happy Birthday Amanda!
