Halloween 2015

This year my girls had this big plan to be Disney Princesses for Halloween.  Since I'm finally done with school I decided I could probably find the time to make costumes, as long as I started early enough.  I started with Amanda's Belle costume.  I used a pattern for a Cinderella dress (the new live-action Cinderella) because there wasn't a Belle pattern that looked authentic enough.  I had to skip some things and change some things, so I was so happy that it turned out so awesome!  And we even found the perfect gloves!

My next task was Missy's Rapunzel dress.  Again, we were going for authenticity, so I made even more changes on this one.  And again, I was super proud of the results!

For Jessica's costume, we were able to borrow a dress from Nat's friend, and I just made the shoulder thingy.  She was Cinderella.

We had thought about making Josh a prince costume, but I ran out of time and energy.  I did whip up this shirt for him in about 5 minutes though, and he made the cape.  He's a villain.
